Four Points Huntsville Airport

This hotel really felt like a home away from home. It all started with the warmest of welcomes from the front desk manager Brianna. I had gone through a crazy 24 hours of cancelled flights and delays and finally made it to my destination in Huntsville. She empathized with my situation and accomadated early check in and really made me feel at home. This great customer service was replicated by every other front desk person I interacted with as well as the servers and bartender at the restaurant and the housekeeping staff. I was thrilled as I have not expereiced this level of customer service and hospitality in some time. The room was spacious, clean and comforatble. The black out curtains worked great and I couldn't belive how quiet and peaceful it was for being at the Airport. I had a better night sleep then I had had in some time and slept so late I had to request a late check out which was graciouly granted once again by Brianna at the front desk. My only complaint is that I had to eventually leave. Great hotel, great value, would happily return.

The room is far more quiet than you would ever expect being basically next to the runways. The breakfast is in an attached restaurant. I like that they charge a reasonable price. It would be so easy for them to justify charging more being in an airport. (I've eaten there even when I didn't stay the night).

The location is the main draw. You just take the elevator down from your room and you are already in the airport ticket area. Staff was courteous and it was the quickest I have ever been checked in. It probably only took 2-3 minutes max.

Location was perfect for us to roll six suitcases from the room to check-in for our move to Spain. Also, the food in the dining room was delicious.

I was treated well, and it was so close to the airport, I could walk. AND it is the cheapest hotel around Huntsville!!!
